Sandblasting hall for Tehnix d.o.o. in Croatia: from installation to abrasive circuit

SAPI built a modern industrial sandblasting hall for the company Tehnix d.o.o. in Croatia. The goal: efficient, safe and clean blasting in industrial use.

What the video shows

The video follows the project from the start:

• the installation of the equipment in the hall
• the floor conveyors that collect the abrasive
• the filter system for dust extraction
• the circuit for recovering and cleaning the abrasive

Four systems, one manufacturer

Every SAPI sandblasting hall consists of four subsystems that have to work together: building envelope, dust extraction and filtration, abrasive recovery and the blasting technology itself. SAPI plans and manufactures all four and sizes them for the same hall volume. This keeps filter capacity, recovery and compressed air in balance.
