WALL‑MAN®
Pneumatic platform for three-dimensional movement in paint booths and industrial areas.
The WALL‑MAN® is a pneumatically driven platform that enables safe, three-dimensional movement along the walls of paint booths and industrial facilities. The operator can move up and down, left and right, and in and out to efficiently reach any surface. A non-slip cage floor, ATEX approval, and an integrated compressed air connection make the system ideal for hazardous environments. Each unit is made to order and can be customized to the dimensions and heights of your booth.

Applications
The WALL-MAN XL 1300 is ideal for paint booths, aircraft maintenance, and industrial tasks requiring vertical and horizontal access. Its three-dimensional movement allows large components to be reached safely and efficiently without the use of ladders or scaffolding. Pneumatic, ATEX-approved operation makes it suitable for hazardous environments.
Installation & Lasten
The platform runs on a rail fixed to the floor, with an upper guide rail providing stability. The floor must be level and capable of supporting the specified loads. The upper rail does not carry any vertical load in the standard model, but it does carry a horizontal load of 163 kg. The lower rail carries horizontal (163 kg) and vertical (1040 kg) loads. Frequently asked questions
How does the three-dimensional movement work?
The operator controls Up/Down, Left/Right, and In/Out using pneumatic levers inside the cage. This allows precise positioning along walls or large structures. What height and reach options are available?
The standard platform height is 6,000 mm with an upper rail of 6,800 mm. Custom heights (4,000 mm or 4,750 mm) are available on request. Is the WALL-MAN suitable for hazardous areas?
Yes. The system is ATEX-certified and fully pneumatically operated, making it safe for use in potentially explosive environments such as paint booths. Can the platform be customized?
Yes. Each WALL-MAN is built to order. We offer variations in height, reach, and offset configurations to meet your specific requirements. We'll call you!
