What a powder coating plant consists of
- Booth: a clean environment in which the powder is applied evenly
- Powder gun and powder supply: containers, pumps, hoses and sieves bring the powder to the gun
- Pretreatment: cleaning, degreasing and rinsing for good adhesion
- Curing oven: heats the workpiece so that the powder melts, flows and cures to a durable finish
- Extraction: removes excess powder and keeps the workplace clean and safe
