SAPI PREMIUM 200 L

Sandblasting machine with abrasive recycling.

Blast, sweep up, reuse: the complete system with a 200-litre vessel, cyclone cleaner and abrasive vacuum for anyone who does a lot of open blasting.

SAPI PREMIUM 200 L pressure blasting machine with cyclone cleaner, abrasive vacuum and filling hopper
  • 200 LVessel capacity
  • 0.1–12 barBlasting pressure, regulated
  • 5.5 kWAbrasive vacuum
  • QUICK STOP™Safety shut-off included

How it works

The abrasive stays in the loop

You sweep it up by hand, and the system does the rest.

  1. BlastFrom the 200-litre vessel through the 10 m blast hose assembly, pressure-regulated and with QUICK STOP™.
  2. Sweep upAfter blasting, you sweep the spent abrasive into the filling hopper.
  3. VacuumThe 5.5 kW abrasive vacuum draws the material out of the hopper through the connecting hose.
  4. CleanThe cyclone cleaner removes the dust from the abrasive. The dust is collected in the 70-litre container.
  5. ReuseThe abrasive passes through the screen back into the vessel, ready for the next run.

  1. Compressed airWater separator with sight glass, pressure regulator with gauge and air metering for the bypass air.
  2. Vessel, 200 litresUnder pressure, the rubber cone holds the opening closed from below.
  3. Abrasive metering valveDetermines the amount of abrasive.
  4. QUICK STOP™Pinches the hose shut: blast off instantly, vessel stays pressurised.
  5. Deadman leverRight at the nozzle, releasing it stops the blast.
  6. Abrasive on the floorSwept up by hand after blasting.
  7. Filling hopperWedge-shaped hopper on the floor, where the suction hose hangs.
  8. Suction hoseCarries the material from the hopper to the cyclone.
  9. Cyclone cleanerSeparates dust from the abrasive.
  10. Abrasive screenHolds back coarse particles.
  11. Exhaust hoseCarries the dust to the vacuum.
  12. Vacuum and dust container5.5 kW, the dust is collected in the 70-litre container.

Why recycling

Use it several times instead of disposing of it once

Lower abrasive consumption

Reusable abrasive lasts for several runs instead of ending up as waste after the first.

Less to dispose of

The dust is separated and collected, and the good abrasive stays in the system.

Complete and matched

Vessel, cyclone, vacuum, hopper and hoses come as one system from a single source.

In detail

The key components

Cyclone cleaner with lifting device
Cyclone cleaner with lifting deviceThe cyclone sits on the vessel and can be raised with the lifting device.
Abrasive screen
Abrasive screenThe screen in the vessel holds back coarse particles from the abrasive.
Filling hopper
Filling hopper500 × 500 × 380 mm, this is where the swept-up abrasive is collected.
Abrasive metering valve
Abrasive metering valveDirectly beneath the vessel, for metering the abrasive.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about abrasive recycling

Is the abrasive recycling fully automatic?

It is semi-automatic. You sweep the spent abrasive into the filling hopper by hand. The system takes care of vacuuming, dedusting and returning the abrasive to the vessel.

What work is the machine intended for?

For open blasting where the abrasive falls to the floor and can be swept up, for example in a blasting hall or blast room.

Which compressor do I need?

Air demand depends on the nozzle and pressure; allow for from approx. 2,000 l/min. The compressor calculator shows you the exact sizing.

What power connection does the abrasive vacuum need?

The vacuum is rated at 5.5 kW and runs on 400 V and 50 Hz.

How does this machine differ from the PREMIUM fine-blasting machines with 25 and 60 litres?

The 25 and 60-litre machines are fine-blasting machines without abrasive recycling. The 200-litre system also has a cyclone cleaner, abrasive vacuum and filling hopper.
