Structural & Electrical Components

The CORE Sandblasting Hall is constructed from high-quality sandwich panels for walls and ceiling, connected by precision steel sheet connection profiles.

Each CORE Hall features a double-wing door, an electrical cabinet to VDE standards (IP 54, 8–10 kW depending on model) and 2× LED ceiling lights with approx. 20,000 lumens (200 W). The entire wall surface is protected with a durable rubber lining (69–82 m² depending on model) against wear from blasting media.

The hall is set up on an existing, level concrete floor in an existing workshop. Compressed air and power supply (400V / 50Hz) are provided on site.
