Our system is meticulously crafted to manage the recycling, storage, transport, and purification of granules. Recognized for its cost efficiency and minimal maintenance demands, this system presents a superb choice for streamlined operations.

At the core of our system is the vacuum apparatus, which functions based on the principles of pneumatic transportation. It is designed to accommodate a wide range of granules and is equipped with a hose resistant to abrasion. The machine employs rapid airflow to move the collected granules to a cyclonic silo. In this phase, granule sand and other non-usable contaminants are sifted out and sent to the granular sandblasting furnace. Once separated, these materials are ready for reuse. We customize each vacuum machine to meet distinct requirements, ensuring optimal performance, with a noise level capped at 85 decibels.

The air drawn from the facility is filtered through air ducts, sized appropriately for the task. As the air moves through the filter, it is expelled out through a chimney by a fan. Key to the efficiency of this filtering system is the maintenance of precise airflow. To achieve this, several criteria must be met:
