Voor <strong>Bijol d.o.o.<\/strong> heeft SAPI daarom een straalhal met <strong>schuifdak<\/strong> gebouwd: het dak gaat open en een bovenloopkraan laat de onderdelen direct van bovenaf in de hal zakken.<\/p>\n<p><!--n27-video--><\/p>\n<h2>De hal in het kort<\/h2>\n<p>De hal is <strong>9 meter lang en 5 meter breed<\/strong> en ontworpen voor effici\u00ebnt, veilig en economisch stralen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Schuifbare dakopening<\/strong> voor de bovenloopkraan, zodat zware onderdelen zonder omwegen in de hal komen<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vlak transportsysteem in de vloer<\/strong> voor een continue straalmiddelkringloop met weinig schoonmaakwerk<\/li>\n<li><strong>SAPI filterinstallatie<\/strong> voor schone lucht en goed zicht tijdens het stralen<\/li>\n<li><strong>Volledige rubberbekleding<\/strong> van de wanden, die de hal beschermt en de levensduur van het straalmiddel verlengt<\/li>\n<li><strong>Led-plafondverlichting<\/strong> voor goed zicht van vloer tot plafond<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complete beschermingsuitrusting<\/strong> inclusief straalhelm en ademluchtfilter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De hal is gebouwd volgens de geldende lokale en Europese veiligheidsvoorschriften.<\/p>\n<h2>Uw hal, uw proces<\/h2>\n<p>Vergelijkbaar, groter, kleiner of volledig afgestemd op uw werkproces: SAPI ontwerpt <a href=\"https:\/\/sapigmbh.com\/nl\/zandstraalhal\/\">straalhallen<\/a> van 3 tot 100 meter lengte.
